Contracting via GSA Advantage
Eligible state, local, tribal, and territorial government agencies can purchase through GSA Advantage using several programs.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) provides government organizations with streamlined access to pre-qualified vendors through the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. MAS contracts offer pre-negotiated pricing, reducing procurement time and administrative burden. Products and services are organized by Special Item Numbers (SINs) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.
Cooperative Purchasing
Allows state and local governments to purchase approved IT products and services through select GSA MAS SINs at any time.
Public Health Emergencies (PHE) Program
Permits non-federal entities to purchase from all GSA Schedules when using federal grant funds to respond to a public health emergency.
1122 Program
Supports purchases related to counter-drug, homeland security, and emergency response activities.
Disaster Recovery Purchasing
Enables eligible entities to purchase products and services for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
JMC GSA Contract Offerings
JMC provides services through the GSA IT Schedule and is available to eligible buyers through the Cooperative Purchasing Program.
