Interoperability Informatics
We enable standards-based data exchange to integrate and operationalize public health laboratories, EHRs and surveillance systems.

Our Interoperability service line focuses on enabling seamless, standards-based data exchange across public health systems and partners. We support organizations in addressing challenges related to system integration, inconsistent standards adoption, governance, and scalable data exchange architectures.

JMC’s core offerings include interoperability assessments, standards and terminology guidance, implementation support, and data exchange strategy development. These efforts lead to real outcomes such as improved system connectivity, reduced manual data handling, stronger data sharing partnerships, and a more connected public health ecosystem.
