Dilanthi Vinayagamoorthy

Dilanthi Vinayagamoorthy is a public health professional with over 10 years of molecular laboratory experience. As a laboratory supervisor she gained extensive experience in drafting and revising laboratory procedures and implementing quality management systems according to CLIA regulatory standards. She has also trained and managed laboratory personnel in the development of diagnostic assays for oncology, pharmacogenomics, and the detection of infectious diseases. She has a passion for education and specializes in technical communication, particularly for non-technical stakeholders and audiences.

Dilanthi studied at McGill University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biomedical Sciences and International Development. She also holds an Associate in Science in Respiratory Therapy. Her passion for improving healthcare quality led her to complete her Master of Public Health degree at Rollins School of Public (RSPH), with a concentration in Health Policy and Management, where she gained skills in process improvement, healthcare marketing, and program evaluation.
