Jayasree, is a seasoned delivery consultant whose strong project management skills come from handling complex multi-year, multi-vendor, multi-service line engagements that span across multiple locations and industries, and consist of cross-functional teams. Having traversed the path from developer to analyst to project manager, she is able to quickly understand business and IT needs of the customer, and drive business and IT transformation leading to customer delight. She has a strong understanding of lean principles and mindset, and uses them to create an environment of delivery excellence and employee enablement, reducing Cost of Delivery and increasing productivity.
