Meg holds 23+ years of experience in Laboratory Operations that spans Clinical Leadership, Government Research, University Hospitals, and Reference Laboratories. Her leadership and expertise cover various settings, focusing on high-complexity testing and regulation within Molecular Biology, Immunology, Chemistry, and Infectious Disease fields. Over the past few years, she has played an integral role in promoting the values of quality-focused laboratory services and successful project management to address testing needs during the recent pandemic. Meg is an advocate for providing better outcomes through her excellent communication, genuine personality, and team-oriented methods.

Throughout her career, she has successfully integrated operations and implemented leading edge technology that have resulted in measurable outcomes related to improved efficiencies, effectiveness, and patient care services. Meg has extensive experience in technical writing, compliance, and training staff on LIS systems.  In addition to holding a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Delaware, Meg also completed coursework in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She holds ASCP certification and is current with her Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor Licensure in 7 lab disciplines.
