Nancy Rourke

Nancy has over 25 years’ experience in both Product and Project Management in the healthcare IT environment with a focus on laboratory informatics. She brings both practical and proven approaches to clinical systems development and implementation. Both are backed by her certifications in Product Management from Pragmatic Institute and Project Management from PMI. She has a strong background in strategic planning, product and project management, process improvement, and leadership of large complex enterprise‐wide clinical systems implementations.

Her educational background is in Medical Technology. She has had leadership roles as Product and Project Manager in a wide variety of clinical disciplines such as Radiology, Acute and Long-Term Care Nursing, Case Management, Home Healthcare, and Pharmacy. Nancy also has extensive experience in successful team building and user-directed workflow design to help drive positive outcomes.
