Tim is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in all areas of healthcare operations, project management, implementations and workflow process improvement.

After honorably serving in the United States Marine Corps, Tim transitioned into the healthcare consulting services in 2002. With over two decades of broad-based healthcare experience across all specialties ranging from private practices to enterprise level facilities. His industry roles and scope of responsibilities have benefited hospital and health system operations.

His healthcare consulting experience includes large transformational engagements for health systems, community hospitals, private practices and even healthcare universities. He has been responsible in managing projects and teams in implementing, identifying, planning, executing and improving Healthcare Strategy, Performance Improvement, Physician Workflow, Business and Clinical Transformation for countless healthcare organizations at all levels.

Tim obtained a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Internet and Network Engineering. Known to be an action oriented, outcome driven healthcare executive, Tim has a proven history of client delivery capabilities. He is driven to continually learn all areas of the healthcare industry while engaging his knowledge and expertise at all levels.
